The college of Psychologists of Ontario is the regulatory body for the
profession of psychology in the Province of Ontario and sets the
standard for the provision of psychological services by psychologist and
psychological associates. Maintains a directory of psychologists and

The program assists the public and school boards by providing
information on issues related to elementary and secondary education. The
program ensures school board compliance with the financial legislative

The program allows secondary school students an opportunity to attend
high school and train as registered apprentices at the same time. The
student must be attending a participating high school to be eligible. The
Ministry registers suitable clients for the apprenticeship program once
they have secured an employer willing to hire and train them.
Evaluations are performed and exams are conducted to determine
eligibility towards a certificate of qualification. Tradespersons can
obtain a Red Seal for an
Inter-provincial Certificate. Payment of any

Summer discovery is a fun, hands-on educational program. Supervised
lunch is provided for kids enrolled for the whole day. FORMERLY: Francois Baby House; Hiram Walker Historical Museum http://www.windsorpubliclibrary.com Description: Windsor’s Community Museum is a museum of local history, housed in the historic Francois Baby House which was built in 1812. The museum opened in 1958, and its exhibitions, education and public programs illustrate the history of Windsor and Essex County. There is also a reference library containing books, maps, pictures and microfilm relating to the history of the area. An active volunteer organization holds meetings the first Thursday of each month. In partnership with the Ontario Heritage Foundation, the museum also offers group programming on a variety of different historical themes and rentals of meeting space at the Duff-Baby House Interpretation Centre in Sandwich. |
