Resources The Primary objective of the ACS is to provide members of the community with information on services available in the area. We provide services to all age groups. Some of the other services the ACS provides is access to an internet HRDC Job Bank search tool, counselling services, and access to a wealth of brochures. Whether you are an individual in need of assistance, a small business, or a thriving company, we are sure that we can find the resource that will assist you. As part of our community services mandate, we provide direct access to other city-centered agencies, namely:
We can negotiate for a special service, such as a visit by the Provincial Ombudsman, for community access. Contacting Amherstburg Community Services can get you more then you bargained for, so give us a call! You may find just what you are looking for and more. Anger Management Information Are you
quick to anger or easily enraged? If so,
there are anger management groups available. Call Amherstburg Community Services
to add your name to a list. When enough clients are interested, The Teen Health
Centre will provide a group session. There needs to be at least 16 clients
interested. You can also visit our Anger Management
page for more information. Disclaimer: Due to the fact that information changes quickly, there may be some changes in phone numbers, etc. If so, please give us a call and we will provide the updated information for you. We assume no responsibility for incorrect information provided to us by other agents, and request that anyone who is aware of changes please notify us so that they can be rectified. ACS Staff
