On Friday, Dec. 09, we hosted our 100th Friendly Social Senior gathering. Since starting in 2012, the Friendly Social Seniors have met regularly at least twice a month and has grown to include over 40 different seniors. Friday’s lunchtime meeting certainly lived up to the occasion and included music and dancing, a gift exchange, and of course, a delicious lunch accompanied by scrumptious desserts.
You’ll find plenty of photos and videos below, and may even spot our executive director and staff getting in on the fun. Overall, this was an exciting couple of hours, but more than that, it shows that our local seniors are as vibrant and fun-loving as ever.
