After being forced to announce the cancellation of the service in June, we are proud to now make a much more positive announcement. The St. Clair Student Shuttle is back in Amherstburg!
Thanks to some overwhelming support from our community, we are able to continue the service provided to St. Clair College students living in Amherstburg. After the generous donations from the Goggin Family and Concours Mold Inc., we now have the funds to acquire a much needed accessible vehicle. While it will take time to get this vehicle on the road, our community has come together to provide a short-term solution that enables us to get students to their studies while we wait for our vehicle to arrive.
We will announce details on what short-term arrangement in the coming weeks. In the meantime, anyone interested in using the St. Clair Student Shuttle service in Amherstburg should contact us today. The St. Clair College Shuttle Service provides transportation to and from St. Clair College for students living in Amherstburg. It removes a barrier that exists for many in our community by providing an option for students who wish to save money or those who do not have other means of transportation.
